Frequently Asked Questions

  • Each session includes 25 minutes of puppy yoga followed by 25 minutes of puppy play and cuddles, for a 50-minute puppy experience.

  • Just yourself! Yoga mats are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little puppy love on.

  • Not at all! Our puppy yoga sessions are beginner-friendly and designed for all fitness and yoga levels. Come ready to stretch, smile, and have fun!

  • We typically have 7–9 puppies at our events, depending on the venue, group size, and puppy partners available.

  • Our cancellation and refund policy may vary by event. Please review the cancellation policy shown when purchasing your ticket.

  • Children 5 years and older are welcome to attend and must be accompanied by an adult. Guests under 16 must also be accompanied by an adult (21+) throughout the event.

    For the safety and comfort of our guests and puppies, all children and teens must remain with their accompanying adult during the experience.

  • Yes. All attendees, including supervising adults, must purchase a ticket.

  • Nuh, the puppies are on us!

Support

  • Please Arrive on Time. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled class to allow time for parking, check-in, and getting settled.

    If you arrive late, No Entry After 10 Minutes. For the safety and comfort of all participants, entry will not be permitted after the 10-minute grace period.No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

  • If a session does not reach the minimum number of bookings or circumstances require a change, we may cancel or reschedule the session. If this happens, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and move your ticket to another available session or provide a full refund.
